In 2023, I expanded my services to include Senior Companionship, offering compassionate one-on-one, hourly support tailored to brighten and enhance daily life.
My current services include:
-
Providing friendly companionship to combat loneliness.
-
Assistance with transportation, errands, and shopping.
-
Support during doctor appointments.
-
Encouragement and guidance with at-home chair exercises to maintain muscle activity.
-
Engaging in mental exercises to promote cognitive well-being.
While I focus exclusively on non-medical activities (no bathing, dressing, or personal care), my goal is to be a positive presence, bringing light and joy to each day.
My Story
I help seniors navigate life’s challenges with clarity, confidence, and renewed purpose—so they can live with strength, peace, and joy.
As a mother of three adult children, I’ve learned that life’s greatest gifts are found in family, forgiveness, and love—blessings that come from God and shape who we become.
I’ve walked through deep personal loss and life’s hardest seasons, yet by God’s grace, I stand strong with gratitude and hope. That journey allows me to truly understand what it means to persevere—and to help others do the same.
For over 25 years, I have worked with individuals and families facing grief, transition, and emotional hardship. My experience includes:
-
Supporting children and families through loss with organizations like Hearts and Hope and The Children’s Healing Institute
-
Serving at Place of Hope, a faith-based child welfare organization
-
Leading and supporting over 300 seniors as Director of Resident Services at Brookdale Senior Living
I later returned to college after a 35-year break and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Christian Ministry—proving it’s never too late to grow, learn, and step into your calling.
As a certified Professional Life Coach since 2015, I have spent nearly a decade working alongside seniors to:
-
Build confidence and independence
-
Overcome life transitions and loss
-
Set meaningful goals
-
Strengthen emotional and spiritual resilience
-
Rediscover purpose and joy
My coaching is rooted in faith, compassion, and practical guidance. Together, we focus on solutions, cultivate gratitude, and create a path forward that reflects your values and God-given purpose.
I offer coaching by phone and FaceTime, making support accessible, personal, and consistent.
