Professional Life Coach & Senior Companion | Purpose Driven Life Coaching, LLC
My Story. My Purpose. My Passion.
I help seniors navigate life’s transitions and challenges with compassion, confidence, and renewed purpose, so they can continue to live with strength, peace, independence, and joy.
I believe that sometimes what we need most is not someone to “fix” our problems, but someone who will come alongside us, listen, encourage us, and help us move forward.

-
Encouragement and motivation
-
Helping seniors remain active, engaged, and independent
-
My services are non-medical. I do not provide bathing, dressing, or personal care. My role is to be a positive, caring presence who brings encouragement, friendship, and purpose into each day.
Why I Do This:
As a mother of three adult children, I’ve learned that some of life’s greatest blessings are found in family, forgiveness, love, and faith.
I have also walked through deep personal loss and some of life’s hardest seasons. By God’s grace, those experiences have taught me perseverance, gratitude, and hope, and have given me a deeper understanding of how important it is to have someone beside you during difficult times.
For more than 25 years, I have worked with individuals, families, children, and seniors experiencing grief, transition, and emotional hardship. My experience includes supporting children and families through organizations such as Hearts and Hope and The Children’s Healing Institute, serving at Place of Hope, and leading and supporting more than 300 seniors as Director of Resident Services at Brookdale Senior Living and Arcadia Gardens.
In 2015, I became a Certified Professional Life Coach.
And in one of my own favorite chapters, I returned to college after a 35-year break and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Christian Ministry.
That experience taught me something I now share with others:
It is never too late to grow, change, learn, begin again, or step into a new purpose.
My Approach:
Whether I am sitting beside someone over a cup of coffee, helping with an errand, encouraging them through a difficult transition, leading chair exercises, playing a game, or simply listening, I want the person I’m with to feel seen, valued, heard, and encouraged.
My work is rooted in faith, compassion, and practical support.
I believe every season of life has purpose.
And sometimes, having the right person walk beside you can make all the difference.
My Purpose:
To brighten lives.
To encourage hearts.
To build confidence.
To help others discover—or rediscover—their purpose.
And above all, to share the hope, strength, and joy that come from knowing God is with us through every season of life.
